Berlin Wall

In 1990, against the backdrop of the fall of the Berlin Wall, in a small town in northern Israel, the mother of twelve-year-old Rafael disappears after a violent argument with his father. Consumed by guilt and haunted by recurring nightmares in which his mother takes her own life, Rafael climbs onto a wall and refuses to come down until she returns.

Beyond The Fence

Cast out from their religious homes, a group of ex-Orthodox teen girls land at an isolated desert farm. At the core, two intertwining stories: Alice (14) and Ariela (16)’s fierce friendship and drive to leave religion and restrictions behind, against the farm’s struggle to survive and hold the group within its religious borders.

A nature photographer who prefers birds to people lives in a trailer in the desert with her beloved husband. But as his dementia progresses, she discovers that he has a daughter she never knew about.
