Doculinary is a documentary program that explores the interface between food, culture and society in Israel and around the world while putting on the table some of the less edible aspects of contemporary culinary culture.
The screenings will be followed by discussions with some of Israel’s most prominent chefs, alongside experts and activists from the fields of health, sustainability, philanthropy and more, moderated by journalist and foodie Hila Alpert. Light refreshments will be served.
