The 24th Haifa International Film Festival - Awards
Three Monkeys by Nuri Bilge Ceylan (Turkey/France/Italy 2008) won the Golden Anchor Competition Award. Producer: Zeynep Ozbatur. The jury awarded a Special Mention to Armin by Ognjen Svilicic (Croatia/Bosnia-Herzegovina/Germany 2007).

The Green Movie – Cinema with Responsibility Production Award in the sum of 370,000 NIS was awarded to Shavshevet Enoshit by Danny Verete. The project was initiated by Channel 8, the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund and the Haifa IFF. Jerusalem – Yoman Sadeh by Amir and Sharon Balabanwon a special prize of 30,000 NIS
