I Is Another

Autumn 1952: journalist Hedda and her husband, Winfried, ambush Felix Kersten, former massage therapist to SS leader Heinrich Himmler. Kersten claims to have helped secure the release of thousands of concentration camp prisoners during the Nazi era, but Hedda has doubts, and what starts as an interview quickly develops into a psychological cat-and-mouse game.

I Is Another comes to Haifa following its world premiere at the Locarno Festival. The historical drama casts Claes Bang in a morally complex role and borrows its title from a line by French poet Arthur Rimbaud.
