The opening film of the Venice Festival, Ink is a drama chronicling the 1969 rise of Rupert Murdoch's tabloid The Sun, a fast-paced, kinetic, and gripping dive into the birth of modern tabloid journalism. Murdoch himself is played with icy smugness by Guy Pearce.
