Nome di donna

Nina, a single mother, moves from Milan to a small village in the Lombardy countryside, where she has found work in a luxury care home. It is an elegant, almost fairytale world. However, she soon discovers a system of small sexual favors that escalates into sexual assault, aided by the silent complicity of the victims.

Nina’s quest to seek justice brings her face to face with the cultural and institutional mechanisms that allowed for the harassment in the first place.
