Over the course of a Shabbat dinner at a swanky Hollywood Hills mansion, a toxic mix of alcohol, egos, cultural differences, lust and greed derails the evening rather quickly as secrets are revealed, relationships get tested and bodies become endangered.

Michael Mayer’s feature debut, Out in the Dark, won the Best Film Award at the 2012 Haifa Festival. In his second feature Mayer presents “a crazy mix of comedy and violence, with ‎outrageous performances.”
