Where Is Anne Frank

One year from today, Anne Frank’s imaginary friend, Kitty, to whom Anne devoted her diary, magically comes to life at the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. Kitty believes that if she’s alive, Anne must be alive as well. She sets out on a relentless quest to find Anne.

Ari Folman’s innovative and delightful animation film comes to Haifa from its premiere at the Cannes Festival. The animation is made up of 159,000 individual drawings created in 15 countries by 350 film professionals, including 35 Israeli artists.
