Léo and Rémi, two thirteen-year-old boys, share a loving and genuine friendship as we meet them racing through the idyllic commercial flower fields owned by Léo's family. The idyll doesn't last, the boys start a new school and a rift gradually develops. Struggling to understand what has happened, Léo approaches Sophie, Rémi's mother.

Winner of the Grand Prix at the 2022 Cannes Festival, Close is a beautiful examination of friendship and responsibility, a mature film about innocence.
