The Line

Adam Krajnak is the boss of a gang of criminals smuggling cigarettes across the Slovak-Ukrainian border. The failure of one of the transports triggers an avalanche of consequences that compels him to question his own boundaries.

Redolent of The Godfather and The Sopranos with a hint of Animal Kingdom and a welcome dose of black humor, The Line is an entertaining, fast-paced crime thriller set in the lawless borderlands of the Slovak Republic and Ukraine prior to Slovakia’s accession to the European Union in 2007.

Filmography: The Cleaner (2015), Evil (2012), Apricot Island (2011).
