Aaron and Lea are an attractive young couple and completing the triangle is Lea's eight-year-old son, Tristan. They are headed up to the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, in the Italian mountains, where Aaron tries to bond with Tristan and Lea and Aaron contemplate the possibility of starting another family of their own. Aaron may well be the best father a boy could wish for, but he is not Tristan’s dad.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Italian Dolomites Jan Zabeil’s Locarno award winner is superbly crafted and utterly gripping.
