How do you get from Elvis Presley to Donald Trump? In a gold Rolls Royce, of course. Veteran docmaker Eugene Jarecki takes his car and travels from Tupelo, Mississippi to Las Vegas, by way of Memphis, taking on all sorts of conversation partners, from Chick D and Mike Myers to Alec Baldwin. His mission is to find out how America got from here to there, how a country that rocked with a dark-haired hip-shaking youth from Tupelo ended up voting for a bleached blonde billionaire who promised to build them a wall. Fasten your seatbelts (in this British car) and turn up the volume.
