On the eve of Mirjana’s 20 year work anniversary, when she is to receive an award at a modest celebration, her mother comes to stay for a few days with her and her teenage daughter. Mirjana’s interactions with her loved ones illustrate her whole life: the one behind her, the one she is living and the one that is yet to come.
Zrinko Ogresta presents an intimate, moving and universal story about the relations between mothers and daughters, the complexity of human interaction and the need to live an examined life. Ogresta was the guest of the Haifa Festival with his previous film, On the Other Side.
