Anibal Gauto, a suspect of crimes against humanity during the 70's Argentinean dictatorship, is wanted by the INTERPOL for 15 years. Shlomo Slutzky, cousin of one Gauto’s victims, tracks him in Israel and finds that Gauto is protected for mysterious reasons by the State.

Tomer Slutzky, Shlomo's son, follows his father's quixotic efforts to extradite Gauto. The suspicious refusal of the Israeli government to extradite Gauto, awakens the fury (BRONCA) of 100,000 Argentines in Israel, that ask themselves:
