Elin, a single mother, is off on a fishing trip with her two children when the worst imaginable thing happens: while playing with his sister out of his mother's sight, 6-year-old Ulrik falls into the river and drowns. Elin is left with her daughter Storm (10), struggling to get their life back on track, when rumors start flying about what really happened that day by the river.

Erika Calmeyer's feature debut is a suspense drama about a mother torn between unconditional love and the need to face the truth. The polished, confident film was written by Johan Fasting (Ninjababy, 2021 Haifa Festival).
