After the screening of the film, there will be a conversation between the chef Gal Ben Moshe and the food journalist, TV host, and cook Hila Alpert. Following the discussion, a tasting menu meal will be held.
A conversation with Chef Gal Ben Moshe, the second Israeli chef after Chef Moshik Roth to receive a Michelin star. In recent years, Ben Moshe has divided his time between Prism, his star-studded restaurant in Berlin, and Pastel, adjacent to the Tel Aviv Museum, which he has been leading for the past few years.
The conversation will revolve around the journey to earning Michelin stars, the requirements for achieving a star, the length of the road to the second and third star, about guides in general, and the anticipated arrival of a Michelin guide to Tel Aviv. They will also discuss the destructive power of competitiveness and its impacts.
Rasmus Dinsen, the director of the movie Michelin Stars, will be present during the conversation with Ben Moshe, and will answer the audience's questions at the end of the discussion.
