Emilie is a human resources manager working for a huge French agro-food company. Management sees the ambitious young woman as a good soldier; her co-workers are more likely to describe her as cold and hard. It all changes when one of the employees commits suicide in front of Emilie.

Nicolas Silhol, himself the son of an HR consultant and management professor, creates a smart workplace thriller that wades in deep, chilly waters of moral corruption and compromise. Céline Sallette is excellent as a woman struggling with a life-changing moral test.
